Proposed Mission

Developing the Information Professional in the Central Minnesota Area. It provides a forum to define and promote ethical values, opportunities to contribute to and promote charitable activities and to promote the fostering of personal and professional growth opportunities through networking and education.

Why it is Being Started

There currently exists a lack of such organization in the Central Minnesota area even though the field is experiencing rapid growth. It is our hope that by offering a forum to further develop Information Professionals that we will not only assist those individuals but the industry within the Central Minnesota Area as well.
